Genpact is looking for an exceptional Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to deliver enterprise security products and services within a world-class managed-care organization. This position will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing and implementing Access management solutions. The position requires; attention to detail, the development of detailed security documentation and procedures, strong team skills, the ability to work independently as well as with others, the ability to multi-task assignments, and the communication of complex technical information to team members, all levels of management and customers. The candidate should have experience working in a large enterprise and be able to work well under pressure.

 

Essential Functions:

· Strong knowledge of PKI concepts, patterns and practices, security models.

· Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Certificate Services and related components

· Working knowledge of Active Directory and its integration with Microsoft PKI

· Experience with certificate-enabled applications, such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, authentication, EFS, 802.1X, Code Signing, etc.

· General understanding of cryptographic concepts: symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, secure hash, digital signatures.

· Strong technical writing skills.

· Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.

· Large enterprise IT consulting, administration, or support experience

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis/programming, systems development and implementation and ongoing support.

• Experience with evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of systems software products and applications.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master's degree.

· A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) in medium-to-large-scale enterprise environments, based upon Microsoft CA software components.

· Experience with Information Security and Identity and Access management

· Ability to evaluate risk for varied types of projects and to adapt security controls to best mitigate the risk based upon the situation

· Experience with evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of systems software products and applications.

· Smart card or security token experience

· Cross-platform knowledge (Windows, Unix, Linux)

· Software development or scripting skills

· Systems or Network Administration experience

· Advanced certifications (CISSP, MCSE)
